The buyer is entitled to return the received product within 14 days after receiving it, to the seller. A statement of reasons is not required in this case. Condition is however that the buyer includes the original invoice, the article is not damaged or used and that it is still in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met the seller is not obliged to accept the return sending. The costs and risk involved in the returning are for the buyer. Seller will refund the paid purchase price to buyer as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days after the date of returning.

If the buyer has received a damaged product, this will be exchanged by seller for the same product without any costs, under the condition that buyer states such an event within a reasonable period of time following discovery of the non-conformity of the product; buyer still holds the invoice, the product has not been used and still is in the original packaging. To this purpose buyer should, after receiving the product at the delivery address contact the sales service of seller, whereby a period of 2 months is considered timely.

 

If buyer has returned products, buyer must be able to show proof of forwarding.
