OUR WEBSHOP

If you prefer to order on our website, the standard shipping and handling costs are €12,50. For all pole saws and certain pole saw parts (see "Pole saws" below) this rate is €50. These rates apply to all countries within the EU. We do not ship to countries outside the EU. Also, shipments can no longer be sent to Germany. Please contact a local Silky dealer.

Our webshop is exclusively intended for private sales (B2C).

SHIPPING METHOD

Order processing usually takes place within 2 working days. Regular orders are shipped with DPD. Once the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. You will be asked to sign for receipt.

Pole saws

Our pole saws are sent disassembled. It is very easy to assemble the pole saw for use. The Hayate 7700, Hayauchi 3670 and Zübat 3900 and the pole parts of these models are excluded from regular transport due to their length. These products are shipped with special transport (€50) to most countries within the EU. Please note: no online tracking information is available for this transport and you will be asked to sign for receipt. Therefore, it is important that someone is always present during the day to receive the package.
